Auction/Ad Payment Information

All fees incurred by sellers are added to the sellers' pending invoice. Invoices are sent out monthly. When you receive an invoice you will have to return to Herps4Sale.com The best reptile auction on the internet.. and complete the following:

login >> your control panel >> Account Management >> Invoices Received >> Pay invoice.

Payment is made through PayPal. You can select to use either paypal balance, credit card or eCheck. Invoices are due upon receipt. If payment is not received within seven days your account may be suspended.

PayPal Verification:
Payment for PayPal verification is handled just a little different. As a seller you can select to automatically display the PayPal verification icon on your listings and store pages by making a one-time payment to us through through PayPal in the amount of $2.00.

At no time will you be asked for any financial data! Once payment has been made and PayPal verifies your PayPal status the PayPal verification icon will automatically be displayed on all your listings and on all pages of your store.

Non-Paying Buyers:
If your buyer never completes the transaction without good cause, please inform us. We will investigate and possibly suspend the member.
